SPARKLING METHOD: Charmat method, second fermentation in autoclave for over 90 days at 13–14°C.
BOTTLE AGEING: 1 to 3 months.
COLOR: Straw yellow.
TASTING NOTES: Intense aroma with a subtle note of white rose. Fine and persistent bubbles. On the palate: freshness, minerality, and a long, elegant finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6–8°C.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal as an aperitif, with light appetizers, raw seafood, aged ham, risotto, and first courses with fish.
