VINIFICATION: First fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14–16°C.
SPARKLING METHOD: Charmat method, second fermentation in autoclave for over 90 days at 13–14°C.
BOTTLE AGEING: 1 to 3 months.
COLOR: Straw yellow.
TASTING NOTES: Intense aroma with subtle notes of white rose. Fine and persistent perlage. On the palate, fresh and mineral with a long, elegant finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6–8°C
FOOD PAIRING: Perfect as an aperitif; pairs beautifully with light appetizers, raw seafood, cured ham, risotto, and delicate fish-based first courses.
