VINIFICATION: Gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
AGEING: 6 months on the lees.
COLOR: Light yellow.
TASTING NOTES: Delicate aroma with notes of peach and citrus. On the palate, balanced and dry, with tropical hints of mango and pineapple on the finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Excellent as an aperitif; pairs well with fish, herb risotto, roasted vegetables, and white meats.
